Arlington, VA –Potomac Valley Watercolorists presents “Catching the Light,” the 2026 edition of their annual nature-focused Art Exhibition and Sale. Green Spring Gardens “Art in The Garden Program” sponsored by the Friends of Green Spring invites visitors to enjoy this local, creative event.
This annual fine art show spotlights many of our region’s most highly-skilled and well-known water media artists, and features more than 100 original framed works on display and available for purchase.
An Artists’ Reception will take place on Sunday, May 17 from 1-3 pm.
Exhibit Chair Leigh Fulton notes, “The popularity of our show at Green Spring Gardens draws us back year after year to this lovely setting. Our paintings, surrounded by springtime glory, make a perfect pairing for a relaxed stroll with a positive vibe. Buy some flowers, herbs or a painting.”
Directions to Green Spring Gardens: from I-395, take Exit 3B (Little River Turnpike West, Rte. 236). Turn right on Braddock Rd, then turn right at the entrance on Witch Hazel Rd.
