Today, Comics Beat is proud to reveal the cover and share a preview of Year of the Fox with you. Scroll on down to the bottom of the article to take in both for yourself!
Year of the Fox
Here’s the official description of Year of the Fox:
“Enter a magical café where spirits on their way to the afterlife pay in memories to unburden themselves before they move on.
“Xilin is the aloof barista responsible for training Rain, their new, human employee. Humans aren’t usually allowed in this realm, but Rain has a karmic curse and comes to the Gloam in hopes of cleansing his soul.
“Along with Xilin, Rain meets Alistair, a friendly and talented baker; Lady Silverclaw, the café’s esteemed owner and Xilin’s grandma; and Pavilion Master Dié Mengyi, the Gloam’s charming ruler, who has his own ideas about how to fix Rain’s karma.
“As different as Rain, the Pavilion Master, and Xilin might seem on the surface, each pushes against the current of a predetermined destiny that has brought them all together. What begins in a cozy café takes these characters on an epic journey to try to break out of their fates and take control of their futures.”
