OWEGO, N.Y. (WBNG) — The Tioga Arts Council is hosting its 2026 Poet in Residence event on July 11 from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
The event will introduce incoming resident poet Eugenia Leigh, a Korean American poet, author, and recipient of Poetry Magazine’s Bess Hokin Prize.
The afternoon will include a generative workshop followed by a free poetry reading by Leigh.
