Seven Seas Entertainment has announced, through its Ghost Ship imprint aimed at older male readers, the license acquisition of the Mature-rated manga series The Erotical Wizard and His Twelve Brides by Hikaru Taiyo, Shinta Shiratukawa, and Mahaya. Known originally as Erotical Wizard to 12-nin no Hanayome (エロティカル・ウィザードと12人の花嫁), it began in 2023as serialized through Young Champion Web and has three volumes out so far.
The first volume will be printed for the first time in the English language in February 2027 for $14.99 USA / $19.99 CAN, with the series available in single-volume editions as part of Seven Seas’ Ghost Ship imprint. Ebook editions will also be available on digital platforms.
Plot Concept: Junpei Ichinose, a first-year student in the National Magic Academy’s high school, is a total failure! Though he dreams of one day becoming a wizard, he can’t cast so much as a single spell. One day, the self-proclaimed great mage Meryl appears before him, searching for the Ring of Domination.
