The Pokémon Company International has announced in-person concert experiences in Los Angeles and London as part of the “What’s Your Favorite?” campaign celebrating 30 years of Pokémon. It has partnered with EDM artists Marshmello, who will headline, and Alison Wonderland, who will support.
Pokémon fans who are at least 16 years old can attend Pokémon Night Out on October 24 at Intuit Dome in L.A. and on November 10 at the O2 Arena in London. Tickets go on sale at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT on Friday, April 17 for the L.A. show via Ticketmaster, and at 5 a.m. ET/10 a.m. BST on Friday, April 17 for the London Show via AXS.
“The ‘What’s Your Favorite?’ campaign was designed to bring people together through a shared love of Pokémon—with immersive experiences like Pokémon Night Out, we’re leveraging the power of music to unite Trainers across our global fan community,” said Taito Okiura, vice president of marketing and media at The Pokémon Company International.
“Both Marshmello and Alison Wonderland share a genuine passion for Pokémon that extends beyond the stage, making this collaboration a natural celebration of the fandom. Trainers can expect an unforgettable audiovisual journey featuring fan-favorite Pokémon while honoring nearly 30 years of adventures together,” Okiura continued.
Attendees can pick up commemorative Pokémon Night Out merch from the Pokémon Center online, with limited quantities available in-person while supplies last.
Although the concerts are limited to Trainers age 16+, the Pokémon Company International has teased family-friendly Pokémon Day Out events taking place this summer in Bordeaux, France; New York City; Dresden, Germany; and Mexico City. More details will be available soon.
