A new short-form anime series is in the works with Ingoku Danchi, announced in January 2026 by Deregula. The manga translates as Indecent Apartment Complex and comes from writer Sakusei Kenkyujo and artist Yui Joyama. It began in 2021 through the Dra Dra Sharp! web manga service and has eight volumes out in print so far. A ninth volume saw a February 9th, 2026, release, and now we’re getting some new details.
With an April 5th, 2026, premiere date set previously in Japan, OceanVeil previously made its pickup of the series as Ingoku Danchi: Deviant’s Apartment Complex. The show was set for a debut on the same day at 12:10 pm EDT on the service in its original Japanese language with English subtitles. With the 8th episode out later this morning, the production dropped the first preview of it.
The series has Toshikatsu Tokoro directing it from the scripts overseen by Eeyo Kurosaki. Shino Nishimoto is handling the character designs, with Elias on the animation production. Check out the new key visual below.

Plot Concept: The extreme suspense manga’s story centers on the perverted married women of an apartment complex. They wear mysterious “Libido Cross” costumes, which amplify people’s desires. The apartment complex’s new manager, Yoshida, must protect the building and its tenants from the threats of the perverted married women.
