A new anime adaptation was announced previously with Farming Life in Another World getting the nod. The series arrived with a January 6th, 2023, debut, and the folks at HIDIVE made their pickup of it. Earlier this month, the show saw distribution through Hulu in its original Japanese language and the English dub that was produced for it. Ryoichi Kuraya directed it based on the series composition by Touko Machida. Yoshiko Saito is on board as the character designer and chief animation director with Zero-G handling the animation production.
With an April 6th, 2026, debut set recently, HIDIVE has confirmed it for a simulcast pickup. With the season underway, HIDIVE had set a May 1st, 2026, premiere date at 10:00 am EDT on the service. It’ll be a weekly release that’s directed by John Swasey from the script by Marta Bechtol.
With it underway for the past few weeks, HIDIVE has now brought out an English dub trailer for it that highlights its cast throughout.
