Seven Seas Entertainment, in March 2024, announced the re-release of the manga series Do You Like Big Girls? by Goro Aizome in omnibus format. Known originally as Ookii Onnanoko wa Daisuki Desu ka?, it began in 2014 and ran for eight volumes total as serialized in Web Comic Gamma Plus for Takeshobo.
We learned in December 2025 that AnimeFesta had announced an anime adaptation, which saw an April 5th, 2026, premiere date. Now, the production has set the home video releases with an August 19th, 2026, debut, on both DVD and Blu-ray. The DVD is getting an on-air and premium edition while Blu-ray gets just the premium edition. with a cover based on the NSFW link below. The preimium Blu-ray release is priced at 8,580 yen and includes the twelve episodes, promos, TV spots, and commercials.

The series has Sota Warai directing it from the series composition by Eeyo Kuroaki. Nagae Ashitaka is handling the character designs with Studio Hokiboshi on the animation production.
