The blind bags that have been dominating the comics market are here to stay — at least, for now. Thursday, Marvel announced Queen in Black #1 would be the next big issue to receive a sizable polybag push, with retailers now eligible to order special Queen in Black Display Boxes.
Each comes with 20 total comics, one cover — courtesy of Patrick Gleason and seen below — guaranteed in each box, and 19 others randomly assorted from the 14 (or more) additional covers exclusive to the program. According to reporting by AIPT, each box will retail for $149.99, or roughly $7.50 for each comic.
