The Tuscarawas County Art Guild is accepting applications for its 22nd annual $1,000 scholarship award.
Applicants must be graduating seniors from a Tuscarawas County school district and planning to major in photography, graphics, art education or fine arts, according to a community announcement. Previous winners are not eligible to apply.
The scholarship application must include a completed application form, three digital photos of the student’s original artwork, two reference letters (one of which should be from a teacher in their field of study), and a photograph of the student for publicity purposes. All application materials must be submitted by April 17, according to the announcement.
