The 2026 Arts Festival was held this last weekend at the Tooele City Park, 200 West and Vine, from Friday, June 12 to Sunday, June 14. On Friday, June 12, the hours were 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday was 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday was 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There was a massive number of artists who attended and performed at this year’s Arts Festival. The performing artists on Friday included Mystic Ripple, Shellie’s Dance, Rewind, Seasoned Amnesia, and then there was the Flag Ceremony and Games. Saturday’s setlist was the Tooele Valley Theater, Tooele Music Teacher’s Association, Desert Heartstrings, Occupational Therapy, The Last Wild Buffalo, Tooele Valley Wind Ensemble, and Red Light Challenge. For the last day of the Arts Festival, the performing artists were Onebuttonmonkee, Hale Street Brothers, and Mariachi Juvenil Juarez.

The food vendors, who offered all sorts of made-to-order creations and delectable dishes, included Namash Swahili Foods, Sugarbear Roasted Nuts, Dippin’ Dots, Miss Kitty’s Outlaw BBQ, Camp Canteen & Bison Brew, Where the Wind Blowz, Texas Twisters, All American Grill, Begay’s Navajo Tacos & Fry Bread, Limonada Drinks, Docar Corn Roasters, Adela’s Venezuelan Foods, Teriyaki Hawaii, Pita Works Grill, Fresh Energy, and Tooele Arts Festival.

Vendors at the event included 2 Jakes Knives, Art by Lisa H, B.C. Nature Photography, Brent’s Chainsaw Carvings (Sugar Bear), C+H Crafters, Carolyn Curley, Chromatopia Art, Colorburst Studios, Courtney Crocheted, CraftyBombs, Crystals Art Bones & Stones, Dreams & Things, Gary Yamshita, Handmade 4 Babies, Holli Berri Design, Hugga Buddies, It’s Just A Little Thing/GG Ghostie, Jenn Shelley Art, Jill’s Crafts & Such, Johnny’s Custom Wood Designs, JP Reflections, Kari’s Crafty Garden, Leis4Days, Lorrie’s So Crafty, Metal Petals & More, Michelle’s Art Design, Midnight Market LLC, Mini Buddies, Moments to Celebrate Décor, Mythic Plush Crochet, Native American Inspire, Nehi Wolf Art Studio, Pam.tastic Pens & More, Paul Twitchell Wildlife Art, Pottery by DM and Handmade by Bpacr, RDH Magnetic Jewelry, Record Spin Art, Redhouse Studio, Reflections in Metal, Renewed Spirit Arts, Riggs Enterprises, Rock Dreams, Rocks ‘n’ Rattletag, Salt City Comics, Shar Coyle Fine Art, Strange Pages, Steel N Fun, Studebaker Creations, That’s So Cute, The Burning Tree Productions, The Simple Workshop, Tiamat Artisans, Tonya Schwoerer, Tracy Peterson, Wild Wood Artist/3rd Rock Creations, and Write on Rice Jewelry.

The arts festival had face painting.

To make the Arts Festival possible this year, and as grand as we all saw it was, the grants were awarded by the Tooele City Arts Council, Tooele City Parks & Recreation, Tooele County, Explore Tooele County, Swire Coca-Cola USA, In Kind Donations, Steadmans, RD Yates & Sons, Clean Harbors, Tooele County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue, 435 Designs, Tooele City Library, Tooele High School, Tooele City, Tooele City Police Department, Roxberry, St. Marguerite School, and the Tooele Transcript Bulletin.

With the massive list above, it’s easy to see just how much goes into bringing all of the artists, vendors, food, and performing artists to an event like this to make it possible, aside from the efforts to put it together on-site, which is something else entirely. And while this year’s event was quite large in scale, spanning the entire weekend, there’s no telling what the 2027 Arts Festival will look like; and there comes a degree of excitement in that thought.

Here’s to the vendors, artists, food vendors, performing artists, and donors who made this 2026 Arts Festival something truly special for all of the families and individuals who chose to attend.
