The Manga Plus service last fall added a new ongoing series to it catalog as a simulpub with Japan with Witchriv. The new series comes from creator Hakuri as serialized through Shonen Jump+ in Japan. You can find the first chapter here.
With the series doing well, Manga Plus has now opted to create a trailer for the series and launch the Motion Manga version as well to draw people into it with some solid voice actors involved as well below.

Shonen Jump+ is a free online manga magazine and app created by Shueisha that launched in 2014. It features original titles, content from other Shueisha magazines, and digital editions of Weekly Shōnen Jump. The magazine includes a variety of series, including shōnen manga for teenage boys, as well as titles for adults and female readers.
Plot Concept: A girl named Nona lives in plain sight among humans, hiding her true identity as a mage as she spends her days in peace with her best friend Lovi. But one day, Nona uses magic to fix Lovi’s glasses and subsequently catches the attention of the Bureau of Magic Surveillance. A simple good deed becomes the trigger that sets Nona’s destiny in motion…
