Seraphina Nova Glass’s Too Close to Home is a gripping domestic thriller that does a terrific job of keeping readers on the edge of their seats from the very first page to the very last. Every chapter ends on a cliffhanger, which makes Glass’s 2026 novel difficult to put down.
The plot is engaging and the story is fast-paced, making me want to devour every word. The motivations and actions of each character feel relatable, given the extreme lengths people are willing to go to protect those they love. And I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by the ending, which I did not see coming.
Overall, Too Close to Home is a compelling read for anyone who appreciates page-turning thrillers with heart-pounding chapters.
