Three UK street artists settled their copyright lawsuit accusing luxury designer Vivienne Westwood of adding their street art and graffiti tags to clothes without permission in an attempt to gain an aura of “urban cool.”
The parties filed a stipulated request to dismiss the suit with prejudice Thursday in the US District Court for the Central District of California. The details of the settlement weren’t included in the filing.
Vivienne Westwood and the artists didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
