Following the announcement of its new manga publishing arm, Mahjong Pros has announced distribution deals for North American and European book markets.
In North America, Mahjong Pros’ print titles will be distributed by Pathway Book Service, which services retailers including Barnes & Noble, Books A Million, Walmart, and Amazon. Wholesalers can purchase manga directly through Ingram.
In Europe, Mahjong Pros’ print titles will be distributed by Gazelle Book Services Ltd.., which services retailers including Waterstones, Gardners, and Amazon.
“Pathway and Gazelle are going to be a big part of helping us ramp up quickly and get these books, and more Mahjong products, into readers’ hands at real places like Barnes & Noble and Kinokuniya,” said Harrison Doan, Head of Partnerships at Mahjong Pros. “As we keep expanding our manga and strategy book catalog, I’m looking forward to working closely with them to get our books in front of more readers around the world.”
Mahjong Pros announced the launch of its manga line with four spring titles: Crybaby Mermaid – Illustrated Memoir of Yuumi Uotani; Reform with No Wasted Draws – The Legend of Koizumi, Vol. 1; Getter Robo High; and Vermilion Stella – Illustrated Memoir of Arisa Date.
