BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. (KCTV) – Blue Springs is kicking around ideas as it prepares for World Cup soccer this summer.
The city’s Public Art Commission has launched this year’s temporary art exhibit ahead of the World Cup.
The exhibit, called “Glory Awaits,” features four soccer-themed art pieces throughout Blue Springs.
The art is displayed at:
- Hidden Valley Soccer Complex
- Pink Hill Park
- City Hall
- Moreland School Road & SW 19th Street
The city has welcomed nine other temporary art projects over the past 15 years. Information about the past projects can be found on the city’s website.
