ColorsxStudios is a Berlin-based music platform and YouTube channel that showcases that new artists and original sounds from around the world in minimalist color-driven environments. With over 8.3 million subscribers, the platform has featured a diverse range of talent, including Anitta, Kehlani, and 2026 Grammy “Best New Artist” winner Olivia Dean.
The program will feature six artists from Mexico, South Africa, the U.S, the U.K., France and Japan, each featured through A Colors Show performance, live events, and original artist profiles. Each profile film produced in partnership with Levi’s will explore featured artists’ creative process and the vision that shapes their work.
Beyond the content, Levi’s and ColorsxStudios will host four live evets in Mexico City, New York, London and Paris to bring artists into direct contact with local music communities.
“Levi’s has always been an unofficial uniform for those shaping culture through music—from the stages and studios, to the communities where new sounds emerge. Colors has built a platform that reflects that same instinct for finding what’s real and what’s next,” said Kenny Mitchell, global chief marketing officer of Levi’s at Levi Strauss & Co. “We’re proud to build on that legacy and help bring these shows and stories to life, outfitting the artists carrying them forward.”
The first artist featured in the program is Kevin Kaarl, a folk singer-songwriter from Mexico who has become a standout voice in contemporary Latin music. His A Colors Show on April 8 will include an exclusive preview of new music.
“Being part of this project felt very honest—not just as an artist, but as a person still figuring things out,” Kaarl said in a statement. “Colors creates a space where what matters most is the music and the truth behind it, and joining that world through Emergent felt really meaningful. Working with Levi’s also feels full circle, because it’s a brand that was always familiar to me growing up. More than anything, this moment represents growth, exploration, and becoming.”
Music runs as a constant undercurrent through Levi’s marketing and storytelling. Last year, the brand brought that connection to life with a limited-run exhibition at its HQ museum, The Vault, showcasing its influence on music through garments worn by artists ranging from Kurt Cobain to Beyoncé.
Last week, the brand launched a Beastie Boys T-shirt collection featuring four tees inspired by vintage collector’s tees.
