The anime adaptation of the manga That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime from Fuse and Mitz Vah got underway in Japan with its October 1st, 2018 premiere, and it’s done well with a second season, a feature film, and a spinoff project. The show has done well enough that a third season was announced in November 2022 that debuted in spring 2024.
It was announced alongside the fourth season that a second film is in production as well. That second film is now getting the main focus, where it’s going by the name Tears of the Blue Sea and was previously set with a February 27th, 2026, release date.
With the film now out in Japan, and a North American release set, Crunchyroll has revealed the English dub cast for the film.
