It’s the end of the line for another manga series as it’s been confirmed that Well, Shall I Murder For You? closed out its run recently. The manga is known originally as Jaa, Kimi no Kawari ni Korosou ka? (じゃあ、君の代わりに殺そうか?) and comes from writer Yukiaki Kurando and artist Sousou Sakakibara. It began in 2019 as serialized in Bessatsu Young Champion and has eleven volumes out so far.
The twelfth and final volume of the series is set for an April 20th, 2026, release date, and the finalized cover has arrived below.
Kurando made their debut in 2008 with Monsters and have eleven works to their name, while Sakakibara made their debut in 2011 with B.A.D. and have eight works to their name.
Bessatsu Young Champion is a B5-sized, saddle-stitched, gravure-included youth manga magazine published by Akita Shoten.
Plot Concept: The manga centers on Yuuma Fujikura, a constantly bullied first year high school student. When a classmate named Ryou Amezato, nicknamed “Ameri,” helps him out one day, Yuuma tells him not to get any more involved, or else the bullies will target Ameri too. In response to this, Ameri only tells Yuuma that he would commit murder for him if Yuuma wanted.
