Each Bowflex dumbbell is adjustable from 5 pounds all the way up to 52.5 pounds with 15 total increments, so it’s essentially like 15 total weights in one package. The SelectTech dumbbells have been around for a long time. Many people, including myself, have used them for well over a decade with no problems. The structural components and moving parts are made of metal wrapped in plastic and rubber to protect against dings, deaden vibrations, and provide better grip.
